HCS SB 1114 -- REMOVAL OF NUISANCES

This bill extends from August 28, 2004, to August 28, 2005, the
termination date of Section 82.291, RSMo, regarding the removal
of derelict vehicles declared to be nuisances.  Cole and Boone
counties are allowed to enact ordinances to provide for the
abatement of a situation on any lot or land which may endanger
public health or safety and is declared to be a public nuisance,
including noxious weeds, in residential subdivisions.  Noxious
weeds are added to the current specified nuisances which
Jefferson County is allowed to abate by ordinances.
